UK Fisher-Price Toys Sweepstakes - Official Rules

Eligibility

1. The Fisher-Price Toys Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who are 18 years of age and over.
2. The Sweepstakes begins on September 21st, at 12:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") and ends on 31st December 2020, at 11:59 p.m. GMT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
3. Employees and their immediate families (including parents, spouses, children, siblings, and grandparents, and other household members, whether or not related) of Promoter, Promoter's parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies are NOT eligible.
4. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
5. By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

How to enter

1. You can enter by: Visiting www.yourbabyclub.co.uk.
2. Sign up to receive Mattel emails by entering your valid email address and your child's date of birth.
3. There is no purchase necessary to participate.
4. Only valid and correctly completed entries will be eligible to win.
5. Only one entry per household is allowed.
6. Any attempt by any entrant to submit more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's submission and may result in disqualification as the Promoter sees fit.
7. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply and are your responsibility.

Sweepstakes Winner Notifcation

1. One (1) winner will be selected at random weekly from among all eligible entries received, on or about January 14th 2021
2. random drawing will be conducted through Salesforce (an electronic third party system) by the Promoter.
3. Each potential winner will be notified via email and given instructions on how to contact Promoter to claim his/her prize.
4. If a potential winner is not reachable at the email address provided and a forwarding address and/or email address is not made available or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable then the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Promoter's sole discretion.
5. Winners will receive their prize within 28 working days from contact being made.

9. Total approximate retail value of each prize pack is £108.00. No cash in lieu of prize will be awarded.
10. No substitute or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or any component thereof of equal or greater value.
11. Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen prize, or for unavailability due to circumstances beyond Promoter's control of any component of the prize.

General Rules

1. If a potential prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the potential winner's parent/legal guardian.
2. Promoter is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communication caused by human error or otherwise which may occur in the processing of entries in this Sweepstakes.
3. Promoter and each of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded.
4. By accepting the prize, you agree to give permission to Promoter to use the winner's name and email address provided for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimers

1. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Terms and Conditions; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
2. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other problems beyond the control of Promoter and award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

Data Protection / Privacy

1. Information collected by Promoter in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Promoter's privacy statement located at http://corporate.mattel.com/EEA/privacy/ and applicable data protection laws.
2. Each entrant agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of entrant's personal data by Promoter for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
